Medium Insulated Hot/Cold Silver Lining Delivery Bag - 23"x14"x12"

I called to make sure these were going to fit our Meals on Wheels program needs, I was told they are hot/cold bags that had the ability to be plugged in, they are not and have no ability to have a cord ran through them anywhere. When I asked on the sizes I was given the wrong dimensions, and while they do seem like good quality bags, I'm not sure they are going to meet Meals on Wheels needs unless your routes are huge. One of the bags did come damaged, but it looked like it may have been a UPS issue due to the box being damaged. They did respond quickly to my request for a refund, and we sent all 20 bags back. My review is not to diss the company, but to just give other counties the information that I wished I had received and have other counties who may be considering these for their Meals on Wheels program aware so that they don't make the same mistake. These bags are just too large to keep the heat in for meals.
