Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy to return purchased bags within 30 days of the original purchase date. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. This means that the bag should not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. The original packaging should include tags, labels, and protective materials from the bag. You are responsible for shipping the bag back to us. Once we receive the bag(s), you should see a refund within 10 business days.
